Representative Fred Atchley Committee Assignments for the 114th General Assembly

NASHVILLE, TN – State Representative Fred Atchley (R-Sevierville) has been appointed to four key committees for the 114th General Assembly. Representative Atchley will serve on the Judiciary Committee, Criminal Justice Subcommittee, Transportation Committee, and Transportation Subcommittee. These committee assignments will enable him to directly shape critical legislation affecting public safety, infrastructure, and transportation in Tennessee.


Additionally, Representative Atchley will serve as Assistant Floor Leader for the Republican Caucus. In this leadership position, he will play a vital role in managing legislative priorities on the House floor and supporting initiatives that reflect the values of his district and the state.

"These assignments provide me with opportunities to champion initiatives that enhance public safety, improve our infrastructure, and elevate the quality of life for all Tennesseans. I am grateful to Speaker Cameron Sexton for his trust and support in these responsibilities."


Representative Atchley is committed to working with his colleagues on these committees to deliver meaningful results for the people of District 12, which includes Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Pittman Center, Seymour, Wears Valley, and parts of Sevierville.
